Company Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pkg lemon jello
- 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple drained
- 3 bananas cubed
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 c sugar
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 c boiling water
- 1 12 c mini marshmallows
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 12 Tbsp flour
- 12 pt whipping cream
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water
- Cool and add pineapple bananas and marshmallows
- Chill in large Pyrex dish until firm Heat pineapple juice in top of double boiler
- Add flour and sugar to beaten egg
- Mix with juice and cook until thick stirring constantly
- Cool and fold in whipping cream
- Spread over jello Sprinkle with grated cheese generously
- Cut in squares and serve
