Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce

Ingredients

• 14 c butter
• 1 12 lb hamburger
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 14 c chopped celery
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 12 c chopped onion
• 32 oz tomato sauce
• 1 12 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions

1. Melt butter in skillet add onion and celery slowly cooking for 10 minutes
2. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
