Confetti Cookies
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 14 c margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 18 oz box cherry chip cake mix
Directions
- Cream the cream cheese margarine egg and vanilla
- Add cake mix a third at a time
- Chill 30 minutes
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375
