Congealed Apple-Nut Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small box lime flavored gelatin
- 1 c boiling water
- 34 c cold water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 c finely chopped celery
- 1 12 c chopped apples
- 14 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- Sprinkle lemon juice over apples
- Add cold water celery apples and pecans to the gelatin Chill until firm
- Serves 6
