Congealed Peach Salad
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 1 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 3 oz pkg peach Jell-O
- 1 16 oz can peaches drained reserve juice
- 1 16 oz can fruit cocktail drained reserve juice
- 5 oz maraschino cherries with juice sliced or chopped
- 2 ribs celery chopped fine
- 1 carrot grated
- toasted broken pecans
Directions
- Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise
- Bring 1 cup of juice to a boil add to Jell-O stirring until dissolved
- Add 4 tablespoons hot liquid to cheese mix and blend
- Add to Jell-O mix and blend well
