Congealed Peach Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large or small size pkg peach flavored gelatin
• 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple do not drain
• 2 c buttermilk
• 1 large 16 oz whipped topping

Directions

1. Mix dry gelatin and undrained pineapple in saucepan
2. Heat until gelatin melts
3. Cool slightly
4. Add buttermilk and fold in whipped topping
5. Pour into prepared mold and refrigerate
