Congealed Tuna Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cans solid light tuna
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 12 c chopped celery
- 2 c finely chopped boiled eggs
- 12 c chopped ripe olives
- 1 pt mayonnaise
- 2 pkg Knox gelatine
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- pimento optional
- sliced stuffed green olives optional
Directions
- Mix tuna onion celery eggs and olives
- Mix mayonnaise gelatin lemon juice and pepper sauce
- Add to tuna mixture Decorate with strips of pimento and stuffed olives
- Refrigerate to congeal
