Congealed Tuna Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 cans solid light tuna
  • 14 c finely chopped onion
  • 12 c chopped celery
  • 2 c finely chopped boiled eggs
  • 12 c chopped ripe olives
  • 1 pt mayonnaise
  • 2 pkg Knox gelatine
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • pimento optional
  • sliced stuffed green olives optional

Directions

  1. Mix tuna onion celery eggs and olives
  2. Mix mayonnaise gelatin lemon juice and pepper sauce
  3. Add to tuna mixture Decorate with strips of pimento and stuffed olives
  4. Refrigerate to congeal
