Congo Squares
Ingredients
- 2 34 c flour
- 2 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 23 c margarine
- 1 lb light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
Directions
- Sift together flour salt and baking powder set aside
- Melt margarine and add to brown sugar
- Mix well and let cool slightly Add eggs one at a time beating well after each
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips
- Bake in large 15 12 x 10 12 x 34-inch greased jelly roll pan
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
