ConnieS Cherry Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz Philly cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Cool Whip
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Let cream cheese soften out of the refrigerator for about 12 hour
  2. Preheat oven to 375
  3. Beat cream cheese egg and vanilla extract together for 1 minute
  4. Add sugar gradually together with other ingredients
  5. Do not overbeat
  6. Batter will be slightly lumpy
  7. Pour batter into graham cracker Ready-Crust
  8. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
  9. Let cool and top with cherry pie filling and Cool Whip
