ConnieS Twinkie Surprise

Ingredients

• 8 to 9 Twinkies cut longwise
• 12 c chocolate chips
• 12 c mint chocolate chips
• 2 Tbsp water
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 3 eggs separated
• 12 pt whipping cream

Directions

1. Place Twinkies in 9 x 13-inch glass pan sides touching and filling side up
2. Set aside
3. Melt in double boiler or nonstick pot chocolate chips mint chips water and sugar
4. Let cool Beat 3 egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture
5. Add whipped whipping cream
6. Add 3 beaten egg whites
7. Pour mixture over Twinkies
8. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight
