ConnieS Twinkie Surprise

Ingredients
- 8 to 9 Twinkies cut longwise
- 12 c chocolate chips
- 12 c mint chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs separated
- 12 pt whipping cream
Directions
- Place Twinkies in 9 x 13-inch glass pan sides touching and filling side up
- Set aside
- Melt in double boiler or nonstick pot chocolate chips mint chips water and sugar
- Let cool Beat 3 egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture
- Add whipped whipping cream
- Add 3 beaten egg whites
- Pour mixture over Twinkies
- Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight
