Cooked Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 stick butter
• 12 c Crisco
• 1 c water
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Mix together the flour and sugar and set aside
2. Mix together the cocoa Crisco butter and water
3. Bring to a boil then pour over flour and sugar
4. Mix together the buttermilk soda vanilla and eggs
5. Add to the mixture
6. Pour in 11 x 16-inch greased pan Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done
7. Start making frosting 5 minutes before cake is done
