Cooked Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp flour
• 12 c milk
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c shortening

Directions

1. Cook the first 3 ingredients until thick
2. Cool
3. Add sugar and shortening beat until smooth
