Cooked Onions With A Difference
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet onions
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- Butter
Directions
- Peel onions
- Cut off stem area and hollow out an area about the size of a thimble
- Insert a beef bouillon cube in each onion and cover with about a 12 teaspoon of butter
- You may have to push the cube in firmly
- Wrap in aluminum foil and place on grill or in a low oven with mixture side up
- Cook for about 1 hour or until the onion is tender
- You wont believe how good this is Serves 2
