Cooked Squash
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper diced
- 2 medium zucchini sliced
- 2 medium yellow squash sliced
- 14 12 oz can tomatoes cut up
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet add onion and cook until soft
- Stir in bell pepper and cook until soft
- Add squash and seasonings cover and simmer until tender
- Drain tomatoes save the liquid and add them to the skillet
- Cook 5 to 8 minutes more adding some of the tomato liquid if needed
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
