Cookie Cutter Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c margarine softened
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon extract or more
- 2 34 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy Add eggs and extract Beat in dry ingredients
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours
- Roll out and cut with cookie cutters Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes Frost with orange flavored frosting
- Better the second day
