Cookie Delights
Ingredients
- 12 c margarine
- 1 c crushed pineapple with juice
- 12 c plus 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- Dixie cookies
- Cool Whip
- coconut
Directions
- In saucepan combine margarine pineapple sugar and cornstarch
- Bring to a boil and cook until thick
- Put between Dixie cookies top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut
