Cookies And Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c half and half or light cream
• 1 pkg 4 serving vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
• 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
• 1 c crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1 chocolate pie crust

Directions

1. Pour half and half into large bowl
2. Add pie filling mix Beat with wire whisk until blended approximately 1 minute
3. Let stand 5 minutes
4. Fold in Cool Whip and cookies
5. Spoon into crust
6. Freeze until firm 6 hours or overnight
7. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften before serving Garnish top with additional cookie bits
8. Store leftovers in freezer
