Cookies And Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 c half and half or light cream
- 1 pkg 4 serving vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 c crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 chocolate pie crust
Directions
- Pour half and half into large bowl
- Add pie filling mix Beat with wire whisk until blended approximately 1 minute
- Let stand 5 minutes
- Fold in Cool Whip and cookies
- Spoon into crust
- Freeze until firm 6 hours or overnight
- Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes to soften before serving Garnish top with additional cookie bits
- Store leftovers in freezer
