Cool And Easy Pie
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 23 c boiling water
- ice cubes
- 12 c cold water
- 1 18 oz tub Cool Whip thawed
- 1 pie crust
Directions
- Stir boiling water into Jell-O in bowl at least 2 minutes Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup
- Add Jell-O and stir until ice is melted
- Add Cool Whip stir with whisk until well blended
- Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound
- Spoon into crust
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
