Cool Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb chopped cabbage
• 34 c chopped carrots
• 34 c chopped celery
• 34 c chopped green peppers
• 34 c chopped red peppers
• 1 small cucumber chopped
• 34 c radishes sliced
• 34 c chopped onion
• 1 c plus 2 Tbsp white vinegar
• 34 c vegetable oil
• 34 c sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Mix together and serve
2. Makes a large bowl good for a large party
