Cool Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 carton Cool Whip 12 oz
- 1 can crushed pineapple plus juice
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 c coconut
Directions
- Bake cake as directed for about 25 to 30 minutes in a rectangular pan
- Then remove from oven and punch holes all through the cake with a fork
- Then pour the condensed milk on the cake covering it completely
- Let cool about 10 minutes
- Then mix the rest of the ingredients together and spread over the cake and store in refrigerator
