Cool Whip Treat
Ingredients
- 2 14 c chocolate wafer cookie crumbs divided
- 12 c sugar divided
- 12 c 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 12 oz tub Cool Whip thawed
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 8 serving size pkg orange Jell-O
- 12 c cold water
- ice cubes
Directions
- Mix 2 cups cookie crumbs 14 cup sugar and margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan
- Press firmly onto bottom of pan
- Refrigerate
