CooleyS Creamy Peaches

Ingredients

• 3 c firm peaches sliced
• 2 c water
• 23 c brown sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 Tbsp flour
• 14 c cream
• cinnamon

Directions

1. Cook peaches in water until tender
2. Add brown sugar salt and flour mixed with the cream into a smooth paste
3. Cook until mixture thickens stirring constantly
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving
