CooleyS Creamy Peaches

Ingredients
- 3 c firm peaches sliced
- 2 c water
- 23 c brown sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 12 Tbsp flour
- 14 c cream
- cinnamon
Directions
- Cook peaches in water until tender
- Add brown sugar salt and flour mixed with the cream into a smooth paste
- Cook until mixture thickens stirring constantly
- Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving
