Copper Dollars

Ingredients
- 2 lb carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 c sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 34 c vinegar
- 12 c oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel and slice carrots into thin slices
- Steam until crisp-tender
- Slice and separate onion into rings cut pepper into strips
- Combine carrots onion and pepper in a large bowl
