CorinneS Famous Pea Salad

Ingredients

• 1 head lettuce chopped
• salt pepper and sugar
• 6 hard-boiled eggs sliced
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
• 1 lb bacon crisp cooked
• 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 c Hellmanns mayonnaise

Directions

1. Place 12 head of lettuce on bottom of bowl
2. Sprinkle with salt pepper and sugar
3. Layer eggs atop lettuce in bowl
4. Add more salt
5. Layer as follows
6. Peas remaining lettuce bacon and Swiss cheese
7. Spread mayonnaise over top sealing to edge of bowl
8. Cover and chill 24 hours
9. Toss before serving
