Corn-Cheese Delight

Ingredients
- 4 c. whole corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 6 slices American cheese
Directions
- Combine corn, 1 cup of water, salt and pepper in stove top casserole. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add sugar, margarine and milk. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Arrange cheese on top. Heat until cheese melts.
- Yields 6 servings.
