Ingredients

  • 1 c corn flake crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 to 6 lean pork chops 12-inch thick
  • 12 c evaporated milk fresh milk wont work
  • 1 tsp Accent
  • 14 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Combine corn flake crumbs Accent salt and pepper
  2. Dip chops in evaporated milk then roll them in crumb mixture
  3. Place in shallow baking pan greased and lined with aluminum foil
  4. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until meat is tender when pierced with a fork
