Corn-Crisped Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 c corn flake crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 to 6 lean pork chops 12-inch thick
- 12 c evaporated milk fresh milk wont work
- 1 tsp Accent
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine corn flake crumbs Accent salt and pepper
- Dip chops in evaporated milk then roll them in crumb mixture
- Place in shallow baking pan greased and lined with aluminum foil
- Bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until meat is tender when pierced with a fork
