Corn-Sausage Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean mild pork sausage
  • 1 c diced onion
  • 1 c potato cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • crushed pepper to taste
  • 2 c water
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn undrained
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 12 tsp dried marjoram

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and onion in large kettle brown and drain
  2. Add potato salt marjoram and water
  3. Simmer until potatoes are cooked about 15 minutes
  4. Add corn and milk
  5. Heat through and serve
  6. Add pepper to taste
