Corn  Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 3 large eggs well beaten
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 14 c sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Mix corn and eggs together
  2. Slowly add butter
  3. Add Jiffy cornbread mix and sugar
  4. Mix together
  5. Salt and pepper to taste Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 or until center is firm
