Corn And Crab Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c onion chopped
  • 1 lb fresh crab meat
  • 1 pt half and half
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 16 oz can cream-style white corn
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of mace
  • red pepper to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 12 c parsley chopped
  • 12 c green onions chopped

Directions

  1. Melt butter in large pot
  2. Add flour blend
  3. Add onions
  4. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes
  5. Add crab meat half and half corn potato soup Worcestershire mace and pepper
  6. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes
  7. Just before serving add cheese parsley and green onions
