Corn And Crab Bisque
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 c onion chopped
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1 pt half and half
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 16 oz can cream-style white corn
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of mace
- red pepper to taste
- white pepper to taste
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 c parsley chopped
- 12 c green onions chopped
Directions
- Melt butter in large pot
- Add flour blend
- Add onions
- Cook on low heat for 10 minutes
- Add crab meat half and half corn potato soup Worcestershire mace and pepper
- Cook on low heat for 20 minutes
- Just before serving add cheese parsley and green onions
