Corn And Rice Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 c dry rice cooked
• 2 cans creamed corn
• 1 c onion
• 1 or 2 jalapenos
• 34 c chopped green pepper
• 12 c celery
• 12 c Velveeta cheese

Directions

1. Mix all together
2. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
