Corn Bread Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 12 c chopped celery
• 1 c chopped white onion
• 1 c chopped green onion
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 6 boiled eggs
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 1 Tbsp pepper
• 1 12 tsp sage
• 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
• 9 c cornbread
• 2 c bread crumbs
• juice from baked turkey or 3 cans chicken broth

Directions

1. Saute celery and onions in butter until tender
2. Add to cornbread and bread crumbs
3. Add chopped eggs mix
4. Add seasonings and broth
5. Dressing should be extra moist
6. Bake in 375 oven until lightly browned on top
