Corn Bread Mix
Ingredients
- 5 lb corn meal
- 6 c flour
- 12 c baking powder
- 14 c salt
- 12 c sugar
- 2 c powdered milk
- 2 c shortening
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together and cut in shortening Store in an airtight container
- Take the amount that you think you need and add egg and water
- Bake until golden brown
