Corn Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can fresh-like cream-style corn
- 1 can fresh-like whole kernel corn
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 small box corn muffin mix Jiffy
Directions
- Butter 1 12-quart casserole
- Mix all ingredients one at a time
- Bake uncovered for approximately 60 minutes at 350 until set brown and crusty
