Corn Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can fresh-like cream-style corn
  • 1 can fresh-like whole kernel corn
  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 small box corn muffin mix Jiffy

Directions

  1. Butter 1 12-quart casserole
  2. Mix all ingredients one at a time
  3. Bake uncovered for approximately 60 minutes at 350 until set brown and crusty
