Corn Bread Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg jalapeno corn bread mix
• 1 small jar chopped pimento
• 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
• 6 green onions chopped
• 1 bell pepper chopped
• 3 or 4 pieces of bacon

Directions

1. Cook 3 or 4 pieces of bacon until crisp
2. Crumble cool bread and crumble add remaining ingredients
3. Toss lightly and moisten with Miracle Whip
4. Cheese is good in this
5. Mix all but bacon in with Miracle Whip then pour over bread and bacon
6. Toss
7. Serves 6
