Corn Bread Salad

Ingredients

• 2 Jiffy corn bread mixes
• 1 medium chopped tomato
• 1 sweet onion chopped
• 13 c sweet relish
• 13 c mayonnaise
• bacon bits for top

Directions

1. Bake corn bread let cool
2. Break or crumble into small pieces
3. Add the remaining ingredients along with small amount of pickle juice just to dampen
4. Top with bacon bits
