Corn Bread Squares

Ingredients
- 1 14 c all-purpose flour
- 34 c enriched corn meal
- 14 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt optional
- 1 c milk
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 egg beaten
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Grease 8 or 9-inch baking pan
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir in milk oil and egg mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve warm
- Makes 9 servings
