Corn Cakes

Ingredients
- 14 c self-rising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 34 tsp chili powder
- 13 to 12 c water until good pancake consistency achieved
- 34 c corn meal
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg beaten slightly
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Pour 4 inch circles on hot griddle and cook until golden brown
- Serve topped with chili lettuce tomatoes grated cheese sour cream taco sauce onions and black olives any topping you desire
