Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 pkg muffin mix
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix all but cheese bake 30 minutes at 350
- Sprinkle cheese over top bake 15 minutes or until center is hot
- Good hot or cold
