Corn Casserole Supreme
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can Mexican corn do not drain
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 c sour cream 8 oz
- 12 lb shredded Cheddar cheese one 8 oz pkg
- 34 c corn meal mix Jiffy mix
Directions
- Beat eggs
- Add remaining ingredients
- Place crushed potato chips or crushed cornflakes on top
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake 1 hour
- Casserole will serve 10 people
