Corn Casseroleroswell New Mexico

Ingredients
- 12 c oleo
- 1 15 12 oz can creamed corn
- 1 15 12 oz can whole corn wliquid
- 1 8 12 oz cornbread mix Jiffy box
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
Directions
- Melt oleo in 9 X 13 pan
- Stir in both cans of corn and cornbread mix
- Add eggs and stir with fork
- Drop sour cream and cheese by spoonfuls on top then fold in gently
- Optional
- may add 1 can of chopped green chilies
