Corn Custard

Ingredients
- 1 No 2 can cream-style corn about 2 14 c
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 c cornflake crumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients
- Stir in eggs
- Scald milk and 2 tablespoons butter add to corn mixture
- Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 300 for 1 hour
- Mix crumbs in 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle on top
- Bake until browned
