Corn Custard
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 c green onions chopped
- 1 c red bell pepper chopped
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 12 c half and half
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen corn
- 1 can Del Monte cream-style corn
Directions
- Saute onions including tops and bell pepper in butter
- Add remaining ingredients and bake in a deep baking dish 10 x 7 12 x 3-inch for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 or until center has cooked and knife comes out clean when inserted
