Corn Custard

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 c green onions chopped
• 1 c red bell pepper chopped
• 4 eggs beaten
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 12 c half and half
• 12 tsp black pepper
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen corn
• 1 can Del Monte cream-style corn

Directions

1. Saute onions including tops and bell pepper in butter
2. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a deep baking dish 10 x 7 12 x 3-inch for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 or until center has cooked and knife comes out clean when inserted
