Corn Dogs
Ingredients
- 34 c self-rising flour
- 34 c cornmeal
- 3 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 egg
- 12 c buttermilk
- hot dog franks
Directions
- Cook franks until fully cooked
- In deep fryer add mixture of remaining ingredients and fry until golden brown
- If mixture is too thick to dip add water
