Corn Dogs

Ingredients

• 34 c self-rising flour
• 34 c cornmeal
• 3 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 1 egg
• 12 c buttermilk
• hot dog franks

Directions

1. Cook franks until fully cooked
2. In deep fryer add mixture of remaining ingredients and fry until golden brown
3. If mixture is too thick to dip add water
