Corn Flake Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 c crushed corn flakes
• 1 06 oz envelope Zesty Italian dressing mix
• 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
• 6 chicken breast halves skinned and boned
• 14 c milk

Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish
2. Dip each chicken breast in milk
3. Roll in crumb mixture
4. Place chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish
5. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes or until done
6. Yields 6 servings
