Corn Grits

Ingredients
- 3 cans cream-style corn
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 12 c oil
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 34 c grits
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Place all ingredients except cheese into a casserole dish and mix together Add most of cheese and mix into the casserole Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes To test insert knife into middle it should be clean when removed Serves 12 Can do ahead
