Corn Lovers Special

Ingredients

• 1 lg can creamed corn
• 1 lg can corn drained
• 1 sm box corn bread mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 stick butter
• 1 med onion

Directions

1. In 13 X 9 baking dish place both cans of corn
2. Mix 2 eggs with corn bread mix Set aside
3. Saute onions
4. Layer on top of corn
5. Place corn bread mixture on top
6. Drizzle melted butter over top and bake for 40 minutes at 400
