Corn Meal Pie

Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 1 12 c milk
• 12 c flour
• 3 Tbsp corn meal
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 stick butter

Directions

1. Beat eggs add milk flour corn meal and sugar into double boiler
2. Cook until thickens
3. Add vanilla and butter
4. Mix well I use electric mixer to prevent lumps
5. Pour into pie shells
