Corn Oyster Scallop

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz cans condensed oyster stew
  • 1 1 lb can creamed corn
  • 1 1 lb can whole corn
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 14 c cracker crumbs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp pimento strips
  • 2 Tbsp margarine melted
  • 12 c cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine oyster stew corn 1 14 cups crumbs egg salt pepper and pimentos
  2. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish Combine margarine and 12 cup crumbs sprinkle around edge of corn mix
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until knife inserted halfway comes out clean
