Corn Oyster Scallop
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz cans condensed oyster stew
- 1 1 lb can creamed corn
- 1 1 lb can whole corn
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 14 c cracker crumbs
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp pimento strips
- 2 Tbsp margarine melted
- 12 c cracker crumbs
Directions
- Combine oyster stew corn 1 14 cups crumbs egg salt pepper and pimentos
- Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish Combine margarine and 12 cup crumbs sprinkle around edge of corn mix
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour until knife inserted halfway comes out clean
