Corn Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 c milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp margarine

Directions

  1. Whip eggs thoroughly in bowl
  2. Add sugar flour milk margarine salt and pepper
  3. Stir in corn
  4. Pour into buttered casserole
  5. Set dish in pan of water about 2 inches deep
  6. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when tested
  7. You also may use fresh or frozen corn
