Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 16 oz can cream-style corn
  • 34 c crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 Tbsp butter cut in pieces
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Place egg in 1 12-quart greased casserole beat well with fork
  2. Stir in milk sugar corn crackers and butter
  3. Cover microwave at Medium-high for 10 minutes
  4. Stir well
  5. Sprinkle with paprika
  6. Cover microwave at Medium-high 5 to 6 minutes When done center will be just barely set
  7. Makes 4 servings
