Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 12 c milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 16 oz can cream-style corn
- 34 c crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 Tbsp butter cut in pieces
- paprika
Directions
- Place egg in 1 12-quart greased casserole beat well with fork
- Stir in milk sugar corn crackers and butter
- Cover microwave at Medium-high for 10 minutes
- Stir well
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Cover microwave at Medium-high 5 to 6 minutes When done center will be just barely set
- Makes 4 servings
