Corn PuddingKentucky Style

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 c drained cooked or canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 c milk scalded
  • 13 c onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients pour into a 1 12-quart casserole
  2. Set in a shallow pan filled to 1 inch with hot water
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving
  5. Makes 6 to 8 servings
