Corn PuddingKentucky Style

Ingredients
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 c drained cooked or canned whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 c milk scalded
- 13 c onion finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients pour into a 1 12-quart casserole
- Set in a shallow pan filled to 1 inch with hot water
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
