Corn PuddingServe As A Vegetable

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 12 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 c milk
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 1 lb can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 12 tsp salt
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch
  2. Gradually add milk stirring until smooth
  3. Add eggs corn butter and salt
  4. Mix well
  5. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  7. Place in pan of hot water
  8. Bake at 300 for 1 34 hours
