Corn RelishA Quickie

Ingredients
- 1 12 or 16 oz can whole corn
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp onion flakes
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 13 c sugar
- 13 c vinegar
- 13 c sweet pickle relish
- 1 4 oz jar diced pimiento
Directions
- Save 14 cup of corn liquid
- Blend with cornstarch
- Add rest of ingredients
- Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- Makes about 2 12 cups
